Edie Neumiller, Sue Kanoho and Melinda Uohara had their chance on the radio talking about the Eat Dessert First event, which takes place this evening at the Kaua‘i Beach Resort to benefit the Zonta Club of Kaua‘i.
It’s also the start of the Waimea Alumni and Friends Carnival (go, Brycen Hiraoka!) and the KIF boys basketball game at the Clem Gomes Gym in Waimea.
Tomorrow, there’s Zumba everywhere as Charlene Steuri said the Kauaibots will host Troy Lazaro and friends at Island School from 9 a.m. while Cassie Camara said the Kapa‘a High School Project Grad will have a Zumba event with Anna Velasco from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Kapa‘a High School gym.
Charlene was out with Kauaibots team member Ava Zebzda promoting not only the Zumba, but Thunder Chicken coffee (it’s available in a special Valentine’s package for $14, or two for $25) Wednesday outside of Lappert’s Ice Cream during the Flavors of Kukui‘ula event. Kudos to Stacie Chiba-Miguel, the Kukui‘ula assistant real estate manager on a great event!
