LIHU‘E — A 32-year-old Kapa‘a woman who was reported missing by her family has been located and is in good health, Kaua‘i police officials said Tuesday.
Izabela Kozak was found after not making contact with her family since Nov. 16, 2012, police said.
However, police are still searching for Ilya Nikolayevich Lomov, a 42-year-old California man who was last seen hiking in the Kalalau Valley on Jan. 2. He has not returned home or made contact with his family since.
Lomov had a camping permit for several campsites on the North Shore. His permit was valid from Dec. 29 through Jan. 3.
Lomov is six feet two inches tall and weighs roughly 220 pounds. He has brown eyes, brown hair, a heavy build and a light tan complexion. Lomov is of Caucasian descent.
