Demetrio Bicarme
Demetrio Bicarme of Lihue passed away at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on January 21, 2013, at the age of 82. He was born in Bangued, Abra, Philippines on April 9, 1930, and retired as the District Engineer with State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation.
He is survived by his wife, Benita Bicarme of Lihue; daughters, Belinda Elkins of Florida, Elizabeth Bicarme of California; sons, Nereo Bicarme of Arizona, Rupert (Eileen) Bicarme of California; grandchildren, David Elkins, Austyn Bicarme, Giselle Bicarme; numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2013, at Lihue Cemetery at 11:00 a.m.
Kauai Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home assisted the Bicarme family with arrangements.
Peter “Perry” Mancusi
Peter “Perry” Mancusi of Kapaa, HI passed away peacefully at his second home in Shelter Cove, CA on September 27 2012 at the age of 64. Born in New York on May 02, 1948, he was a Real Estate Property Manager and a long time resident of Kapahi, Kauai.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ettore Mancusi and his mother, Jean Mancusi.
He is survived by his wife Linda Nusser; his two younger brothers, Tim and Bob; and the latter’s wife, Janene; and numerous nieces, nephews on Linda’s side.
Private Services were held.
Alejandro “Ale” Otlang
Alejandro “Ale” Otlang of Eleele, Kauai, Hawaii passed away on January 22, 2013 at his home in Eleele at the age of 70. Born on November 9, 1942 in Koloa, Kauai, he was Retired, Army National Guard and a Heavy Equipment Trainer, McBryde Sugar Plantation.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Narcisco Otlang and Tecla Otlang-Gelbolingo; brothers, Francisco, Sibero, Cipirino, Cristobal Otlang and Juan Pantohan.
Survived by his wife, Sharlene Garcia Otlang, Eleele; daughters, Alexis (Gerald) Poblete, Maui; Rexana (Trevor) Otlang- Berry, Oahu; sisters, Jeannie Oroc, Kekaha, Flora Relacion, Honolulu; brother, Terry Pantohan, Hanamaulu; 3 grandchildren, Justin Alexander Berry, age 13, Gia Kanani and Josiah Marquez Poblete.

Francisca Gasmen
Francisca Supnet Gasmen of Kapaa passed away at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on January 19, 2013, at the age of 79. She was born in Ilocos Sur, Narvacan, Philippines on March 9, 1933 and retired from Kauai Sands as a laundry attendant.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Constante and Mario Gasmen.
She is survived by her husband, Eusebio Gasmen of Kapaa; seven children, Rogelio (Leonida) Gasmen, Rudy (Regina) Gasmen, Sammy (Vangie) Gasmen, Rizalde (Marilou) Gasmen, Evelyn (Ricky) Cunanan, all of Oahu; Lisa Gasmen of Hanamaulu, Kimo (Emily) Gasmen of the Philippines; 19 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; sisters, Citas Fontanillia, Dominga Antonio, Caridad Contillo, all of Oahu; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2013, at St. Catherine church with viewing from 9:00 a.m. and Mass celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Catherine Cemetery in Kealia.

Albert S. Mori
Albert S. Mori of Kapa’a, HI passed away on January 12, 2013 at the age of 86. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
He is survived by his wife, Nikky, and two daughters, Lorre (David) Mark and Gayle (Douglas) Andrews.
Private services were held on January 23, 2013.

Josephine Keale
Josephine Rebecca Kuuleialohaikaainamalihine Uilani Keale of Waimea, Kauai passed away on January 8, 2013 at Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital at the age of 69. She was born on August 14, 1943 on Kauai, Hawaii.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Moses K Keale and Adeline W Kahale; stepfather, Joseph K Kahale Sr; two brothers, Moses K (Moke) Keale, and Moses K (Moke Jr) Keale Jr; three sisters, Adeline Akalina Rivera, Rose Koleka Kaliloa, and Rebecca Keale.
She is survived by her nephew and caregiver, Leslie “Chala” Vidinha; brothers, Arthur K (Dorothy) Keale, Joseph K (Waiola) Kahale, Jr., and Arthur W Kahale; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary Chapel in Koloa from 9:00 am to 9:45 am where services will be celebrated at 10:00 am.

Helen Souza
Helen H Souza of Kapaa passed away on January 10, 2013 at her home at the age of 89. Born in Lihue, she was a telephone operator and cattle rancher.
She is survived by her son, Peter H Souza, Jr. of Kailua-Kona; brothers, Eugene (Helen) Henriques of Kapaa; Lawrence (Maxine) of Walla, Walla, WA; and David (Emily) Henriques of Redding, WA; brother-in-law, Edward (Carmen) Souza of Los Angeles, CA; two grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at St. Catherine’s Church from 8:00 am to 8:45 am where mass will be celebrated at 9:00 am; burial to follow at St. Catherine’s Church Cemetery.
