Leoneen Headen
Leoneen “Grandma Lee” Headen passed away at her home on December 28, 2012 at the age of 88. Born on March 14, 1924 in Guyana, South America, she was a retired hostess for Hula Girl and Coco Palms.
She is survived by her daughter, Jeanette Dietz; 3 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 12 great great-grandchildren.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Immaculate Conception Church from 8:00 am to 9:45 am where a memorial mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am.

Anna Sloggett
Anna Charlotte Scott Sloggett of Lihue passed away at home on January 2, 2013, at the age of 106. She was born in Lihue, Kauai on September 17, 1906, and retired from Wilcox Elementary School as a teacher.
She is survived by her daughter, Marion Scott Penhallow of Hilo, and son, David Penhallow Scott of Lihue.
A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, January 18, 2013, at 4:00 p.m. with graveside services at Lihue Cemetery.

Patricia “Pat” Rose Robinson
Patricia “Pat” Rose Robinson of Eugene, Oregon (formerly of Kauai), passed away peacefully at home on December 10, 2012, at the age of 80. Born on March 13, 1932, in Sacramento, California, she was the former Director of Kauai Big Brothers, Big Sisters.
She was preceded in death by her parents Geoffrey and Catherine Davis; and brother, William Davis.
She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Jerry; daughters Cathi Malama Robinson, Jan (Rodney) Pascua, Suzan (Gene) Gebow; and son, John (Jona Mae) Robinson; sister-in-law, Renee Davis; and brother, Geoff (Carla) Davis, Jr.; 5 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
A private scattering of her ashes was held on Kauai. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, January 27, 2013, at Poipu Beach Park Main Pavilion at 2:00pm.
Family requests that attendees wear something blue and green, Pat’s favorite colors.
Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to Kauai Hospice.
Susan L. Hernandez
Susan Luwayne Hernandez of Kapaa, Kauai, Hawaii passed away on January 8, 2013 at her home at the age of 62. Born on June 19, 1950 in Lihue, Kauai, she was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Ann Martins, Sr.; and brother, Gary Martins.
She is survived by her husband, Humphrey Hernandez, Sr.; daughters, Sarah Hernandez, Lisa (Randy) Lum, Cindy (Curran) Chang; son, Humphrey Hernandez, Jr.; 9 grandchildren; brothers, Donald (Doreen) Engwer, Edward (Constance) Martins, Jr.; Thomas “Tommy” (Clarice) Martins, Sr.; and sister, Judy (Gary) Cole.
Private Services were held.

Sharon A. Muller
Sharon A. Muller of Kapaa, Kauai, Hawaii passed away on January 12, 2013 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 56. Born on April 06, 1956 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, she was owner and operator of Rainbow Garden Kauai.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Brower.
She is survived by her husband, Randy Muller; father, Carl Mueller; brothers, Gary (Wink) Mueller, and Eric (Becky) Mueller; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Celebration of life will be held privately.

Hanayo Kawamura
Hanayo Kawamura of Kilauea, Kauai, died on November 18, 2012 at Mahelona Hospital at the age of 89. She was born on December 2, 1922 in Lihue, Kauai.
She is survived by her husband, Kiyoshi Kawamura; son, Steven “Herbie” (Charlotte) Kawamura of Kilauea; daughter, Sharon (Robert) Paik of Wailua; brother, Yukitoshi Inouye of Lihue; six grandchildren, Shelley Paik, Ryan (Stephanie) Paik, Stephanie Kawamura, Cara Colombini, Dante (Beth) Colombini, and Angela (Keith) Kaneko; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Private services were held.

Alberto Ragragola
Alberto Galapia Ragragola of Waimea, Kauai, died on January 6, 2013 at KVMH at the age of 62. Born on July 8, 1950 in Waimea, Kauai, he was a truck driver with Kekaha Sugar/Gay and Robinson, and then a Security Guard with Securitas.
He was preceded in death by his father, Teofilo Ragragola; sister, Diane Keller; and two grandchildren.
He is survived by his daughters, Trisha (Curtis) Jarnesky and Edee (Scott) Tam , both of Maui; mother, Bernice K. Ragragola; brothers, Antonio “Blue” (Milagros) Ragragola of Kekaha, Timoteo “Timmy” (Norma) Ragragola of Kekaha, Arnold (Kathy) Ragragola of Hanapepe; and brother-in-law, Nelson Keller of Waimea; sister, Carmen (Alvin) Arashiro of Kekaha; five grandchildren; and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Kekaha Methodist Church, with viewing from 8am to 10am, and service at 10am. Burial will follow at Kauai Veterans Cemetery.
Family suggests casual attire.

Morris “Bud” White
Morris “Bud” White of Kilauea passed away on January 10, 2013, at the age of 84. He was born in New Jersey on August 17, 1928 and retired from the United States Marine Corp and was also known as the North Shore walker.
He was preceded in death by his son, Kurt White; two sisters, Eleanor and Peggy.
He is survived by five children; six grandchildren; sister, Lillian Herman of Arizona; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2013, with graveside services at 11:00 at Kauai Veterans Cemetery in Hanapepe.

Isabel Adorable
Isabel “Bella” Adorable of Eleele, Kauai, Hawaii passed away at Queens Medical Center, Oahu on December 21, 2012 at the age of 70. Born on January 18, 1942 in Eleele, Kauai, she was a retired librarian technician for Kauai Community College.
She was preceded in death by her father, Canuto Adorable; mother, Feliciana Boja Adorable; brother, Regino Adorable; sisters, Ceferina Adorable and Francisca Rosare.
She is survived by her sister, Aurelia “Lia” de la Cruz, Kauai, Eusebia Kline, Kentucky; brother, Andres Adorable, California; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, January 19, 2012 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Kalaheo. Visitation will begin at 9:00 A.M. with Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 A.M.; burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
