PO‘IPU — Coldwell Banker Makai Properties opened the new year in new offices at The Shops at Kukui‘ula.
“It is with great excitement that we welcome Kaua‘i’s oldest and largest real estate firm on the South and West side into our ‘ohana, and are able to bring even greater diversity to our community and our center,” said Helaine Perel, The Shops at Kukui‘ula real estate manager, in a Gilbert & Associates release.
The Coldwell Banker Makai Properties office, located adjacent to Dude Dogs, offers real estate specialties throughout the island of Kaua‘i.
Rick Shaw, the principal broker for Coldwell Banker Makai Properties, said the office has 27 agents and 30 years of experience among its staff.
The firm closed out 2012 ranked as the No. 2 company based on the number of transactions on Kaua‘i, the release states. The staff and agents pride themselves for having a positive reputation for delivering the best client service for buyers and sellers in the Kaua‘i real estate market.
“We are very excited about the opening of our new office in The Shops at Kukui‘ula,” Shaw said. “We have watched the Kukui‘ula resort community grow over the past couple of years and are firm believers that it will be a huge success.
