Shintani, a Lihu‘e resident, accomplished the feat on the 172-yard, par 3 hole using a Taylor-Made driver for her third career ace.
“Congratulations Mary Ann,” said Baron Nakamatsu of the Wailua Golf Course staff, in an email. “This is the most difficult Par 3 at the Wailua Golf Course.”
