Kaua‘i’s rookie sensation
Koa Smith of Kaua‘i won the Vans Triple Crown of Surfing Rookie of the Year award presented by JN Automotive for his stellar performance at this year’s event. Smith placed equal 33rd at Sunset Tuesday.
