Ken Love (he found a nice 18-200mm lens on a trip to Japan) came over from the Big Island to attend the event and even got to watch Chef Michael Simpson of Living Foods do the caramelized rind of the pummelo (ask Ada Koene what the Thai call that fruit) as well as the Thai salad featuring Kaua‘i Shrimp.
Jody McCune, Chiefess Kamakahelei Middle School PCNC, said Saturday is their craft fair from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with Paco’s Tacos doing breakfast and lunch.
