Marilyn J. Keoho
Marilyn Jean Keoho passed away on October 27, 2012 at Valley Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada at the age of 68. Born on January 25, 1944 on Kauai, she was the Founder of Hale Ho’omalu and later retired from the County of Kauai.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Judith Gomez.
She is survived by her husband, Edward K. Keoho, Sr.; daughters, Malia (Canen) Hookano, Leilani (Elton Kaui) Keoho, Leimomi (Mark) Niitani; son, Edward (Rochelle) Keoho, Jr.; sisters, Lauren Lui-Kwan, Donna (Jeff) Gomez-Powers, Ema (Jay) Furfaro; brother, Robert (Helene) Gomez; 14 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunties and uncles.
Services will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Kauai Veterans Center. Services will be from 8:30-10:00 with services and burial to follow.
Elizabeth K. Palacio
Elizabeth K. Palacio died on November 20, 2012 at Garden Isle Healthcare at the age of 85. Born to Thomas Fujimoto and Louisa Kamakea on February 19, 1927, in Hilo, she was a homemaker.
Preceded in death by her son, Frederico Palacio; daughters, Florentina Mina Gaoiran, Carmelita Patricio, and Shirleen Badgley; brothers, Mitchell Wailani and John Wailani Jr.; and sisters, Ola Wailani, Momi Wailani, and Mary Wailani.
She is survived by her husband, Federico R. Palacio; sons, Aurelio (Claudia) Mina Jr. of Hilo, Rey (Nenita) Palacio of Eleele, Vincent (Lois) Palacio of Kalaheo, Benjamin (Nani) Palacio of San Antonio Texas, Valentino (Kathi) Palacio of Mt. Vernon, MO, and Edwin (Natalie) Palacio of Hilo; daughters, S. Kuuleialoha Kamakea M of Honolulu and Donna (Richard) Lau-Laranio of Kalaheo; brother, Phillip Kamakea; sister, Mona Paulo; fifty-one grandchildren; ninety-two great-grandchildren; ten great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 30, 2012, at Garden Island Mortuary Chapel in Lawai.
Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m., service starts at 11 a.m.
Burial will follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
Family suggests casual attire.

Ana Tejada Molina of Koloa, Kauai, Hawaii passed away on November 15, 2012 at Garden Isle Heathcare at the age of 103. Born on May 6, 1909 in Banaoang Santa, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, she was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pedro Tejada and Catalina Ballesteros Tejada; her husband, Lucas Garcia Molina; daughters, Mercedes Cardenas, Ma Caridad Ballesteros, and Perlita Molina; sons, Arnulfo Molina, Jose Marino Molina, and Crisanto Molina; sons-in-law, Angleo Batin, Sr. and Basilio Ballesteros; sister, Felipa Tejada; brother, Benito Tejada; and grandchildren, Angeline “Gigie” Batin Kamakea, Melissa de Peralta, and great grandchildren Justin Chad Batin-Kaui & Jayla Leeann Juan Celestino.
She is survived by her daughters, Cresencia Batin, Koloa, Kauai, Esther (Romeo) Juan, Eleele Nani, Kauai, daughter-in-law, Rosita Molina of Eleele Nani, Kauai; sister, Petra Begonia, Philippines; grandchildren, Elizabeth Cardenas, Jimmy Cardenas, Joelito Cardenas, and Emilia de Peralta, all of the Philippines, Ma Adelina (Ronald) Britanico of the Philippines, Maribel Llamas Molina of the Philippines, Jose Emanuel (Remelyn) Molina of Las Vegas, Neveda, Ferdinand (Daisy) Batin of Salinas California, Catherine “Cathy” (Carl Kaui) Curammeng of Koloa, Mary Ann (Lyle) Kobashigawa of Hanapepe, Mary Rose Molina of Eleele Nani, Melinda (Joe) Loniza of Los Angeles, California, David Kamakea of Kalaheo, Arnold Molina of Koloa, Marissa (John Glessner) Molina of Koloa, Marlon (Sharon) Ballesteros of Kekaha, Jocelyn (Jeffrey Celestino) Juan of Las Vegas Neveda, Michael Molina of Honolulu, Hawaii, Joy (Juan) Montano of Las Vegas Neveda; 37 great-grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces & nephews & cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Friday, November 30, 2012 at Saint Raphaels Catholic Church, Koloa. Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. with Mass to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m.; burial to follow at Saint Raphael Catholic Cemetery, Koloa.
