Frank Gampon Sr.
Frank Gampon Sr. of Koloa, Kauai, Hawaii peacefully passed away, surrounded by his family, on November 17, 2012 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 79. Frank was born in McBryde Sugar Company Camp 18 at Kukuiula, Kauai on November 3, 1933. He served in the US Coast Guard; was a Merchant Marine, was a Poipu Beach Life Guard, and was retired as a County of Kauai Highway and Construction Maintenance Supervisor.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Miguel and Ambrocia Gampon; stepfather, Jose Marquez; sister, Gloria Gampon; brother, Alfred “Sonny” Gampon; and son, Frank Gampon Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Renee Gampon; daughter, Yukiko “Yuki” (Mark) Sassone; sons, Christopher (Raydene) Gampon, Dario (Desiree Long) Gampon; brothers, Euphemiano “Mike” (Mathilde) Gampon, Washington, Rico (Janice) Gampon, Benjamin (Ursula) Gampon, Oahu, Joe (Annie) Gampon; sister, Josephine (Isadore Telesnick) Gampon, California;
Grandchildren, Ian Hunt, Oahu, Chris (Aurora) Sassone, Colorado, Brandon Sassone, Oahu, Kawaikini Gampon, Isabel Gampon, Aiyana Quirk, Keanu Gampon; and numerous nieces and nephews
Celebration of life to be held Sunday November 25, 2012 at Kukuiula Harbor, Poipu 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Family suggest casual attire.

Ana Tejada Molina of Koloa, Kauai, Hawaii passed away on November 15, 2012 at Garden Isle Heathcare at the age of 103. Born on May 6, 1909 in Banaoang, Ilocus Sur, Phillipines, she was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pedro Tejada and Catalina Ballesteros Tejada; her husband, Lucas Molina; daughters, Merced Cardenas, and Ma Caridad Ballesteros; sons, Amulfo Molina, Jose Marino Molina; son-in-law, Angleo Batin, Sr.; sister, Felipa Tejada; brother, Benito Tejada; and grandchildren, Angeline “Gigie” Batin Kamakea, and great-grandson, Justin Chad Batin-Kaui.
She is survived by her daughters, Cresencia Batin, Koloa, Esther (Romeo) Juan, Eleele; sister, Petra Begonia, Philippines; 19 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren; and 3 great great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces & nephews.
Friends may visit with the family on Friday, November 30, 2012 at Saint Raphaels Catholic Church, Koloa. Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. with Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m.; burial to follow at Saint Raphael Cemetery, Koloa.
