LIHU‘E — Glen Takenouchi, manager of Hawai‘i Gas, formerly The Gas Co., recently dropped off a collection of food and cash which resulted from a Hawai‘i Gas employee food drive.

“We at the Hawai‘i Foodbank want to thank Glen, Ipo Yoshioka and the rest of the Hawai‘i Gas ‘ohana for their contribution to help feed Kaua‘i’s hungry,” Perreira said in an email. “We currently have a number of groups and businesses holding food drives and if someone wants to hold a food drive for their business or group, they can call either myself or Michelle Panoke at 482-2224.”
