The public is invited to the University of Hawai‘i wahine softball inter-squad “Green vs. White” game and softball clinic, Nov. 11 at Waimea Canyon Park.
Registration for the softball clinic, which will cover basic fundamentals as well as having fun in softball, is currently being accepted by Waimea High School softball coach Teddy Perreira. The clinic is recommended for players age 10 and older.
Registration forms are available at all school offices and participants should have the forms filled out and returned to their school’s office.
There is a deadline of Oct. 25 to register for the softball clinic, which will follow the Green vs. White softball game.
Registration fee is $20 per player and will be collected at the park.
The Green vs. White game is scheduled to start at noon with the clinic tentatively scheduled from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.
