Trinette Kaui was at the Koloa Plantation Days parade by herself because Wes was busy with the huli huli pig (boy, that was good!) and how about the pickled bell peppers?
Kudos, too, to Sybil Nishioka and the All Saints Church on another great dodgeball tournament. The LOST (they never even lose a hat in their matches) may have won, but what about Da Other Guys?
More kudos to Fran McDonald who pulled off the Koloa Plantation Days Family Fun Run to benefit the Kukui‘ula Canoe Club (Merriman’s Executive Chef Mark Arriola said he was going to be there) despite the rain and wind!
And mahalo to Bev Brody (she didn’t want to leave) and Mayor Bernard Carvalho Jr. for dropping in on the keiki participating in the Keoki’s Paradise Ukes in Paradise. Great job, Derek Kessler and Manette DeCosta!
