Julie Anne Layaoen De Mond was a dual winner Saturday at the Mayor-a-thon. In her first outing, she earned two Lawai Beach Resort stays, one for herself in the Best Decorated Participant and one for her son, Zayden Kainoa Me Ke Aloha De Mond, in the Best Decorated Stroller judging.
Julie said they did the whole 8 miles in their costumes and the decorated pirate ship stroller, only changing to the Shape-Ups at the 4-mile mark.
Tommy Noyes and Dr. Randy Blake has this bicycle parking thing down pat … you get half of a playing card and the other half goes on the bicycle for the claim check (any tips for those valet parkers?).
