Happy vacation to Jason Fujinaka, who is making his first trip to Las Vegas to check out all the reports of good food and good shopping.
Glenn Nakamoto of The Pro Am Shop (saw Danny Creamer picking up some stuff there) won the Las Vegas trip for the Golf Ball Drop at the Easter Seals Golf Tournament and Darrell Simao was one of the daily Las Vegas winners with Anthony DeFazio and H.Hawai‘i Media. Actually, Anthony is giving away a ton of those trips since didn’t he have another one Thursday?
But for the rest of us who are not heading to the Ninth Island, there are all kinds of goodies happening as Marci Millett and Sharon Gibson are hosting the Father’s Day Keiki Fishing Contest Sunday from 10:30 a.m. at the Nawiliwili Yacht Club clubhouse at the Small Boat Harbor.
Tommy Noyes and The Kaua‘i Path crew is doing an early (8:30 a.m. meet?) Father’s Day ride from the upper parking lot of the Kaua‘i Marriott Resort (is PIHI going?), and of course, the Women Artists of Kaua‘i will be at the National Tropical Botanical Gardens.
