When all other drinks seem far too run-of-the-mill to shell out your hard-earned cash for, head over to Tiano’s Restaurant for something surprisingly refreshing. The restaurant and entertainment venue has just unleashed a slew of new concoctions sure to make you smile from ear-to-ear.
Percy Sanchez, of Tiano’s partner Blaze Entertainment, said the variety is what makes the drinks so unique.
“We tried a lot of different stuff from the vendors …we had them in here about two weeks ago,” said Sanchez.
Here’s a look at those that top the list:
First there’s the Loopy Cosmo. Made in part from a Fruit Loop-infused vodka, the drink is much like a vodka cranberry, but with a different kick from the Fruit Loop infusion.
Ingredients:
1.5 ounces Loopy Vodka
1/4 Gran Gala liqueur
2 ounces cranberry
2 lime wedges (1 squeezed in)
Next is the hard-hitting Plantation Margarita. It takes your typical margarita and morphs it to blend perfectly with Kaua‘i style, utilizing coconut tequila and fresh pineapple as accents in the drink.
Ingredients:
Coconut 1800 tequila
Lime wedge (squeeze in)
Sour Mis
Pineapple juice
Float 1/4 Gran Gala on top
Garnish with Pineapple wedge, salt and enjoy!
Other favorites, both new and old, include the AMF (just ask the bartender what that stands for) and strawberry Patron shots. And if you’re looking for one mean drink to really make the night right, order the “Mina-rita,” an exclusive creation at Tiano’s named after one of their cocktail waitresses, Mina S.
