Sugar Mill Cupcakes has been serving Kaua‘i since 2010 as a mobile cupcakery and has now opened their first shop at Roxy Square in Old Kapa‘a Town. Sugar Mill Cupcakes had their grand opening on April 7 at their new location. They had a full house with lots of friends and new faces showing up to sample Sugar Mill Cupcakes treats. The grand opening was a successful start for this cupcakery as people continued to come by to see what all the “sweet” talk was about.
Sugar Mill Cupcakes uses free-range Kaua‘i eggs, local fruit from organic farmers, Big Island Vanilla and Maui Raw Sugar in all of their recipes. Sugar Mill Cupcakes are made from scratch daily and in small batches, so you know you are getting the freshest treat around. It’s the difference you can taste as you get the flavors of Kaua‘i in every bite.
To make things even more awesome, they deliver island-wide and are also the only mobile cupcakery that sells at weekly farmers markets, (Mondays near Kukui Grove Center in the front lot of Kmart from 3 to 4 p.m., Tuesdays at Coconut Marketplace from 9 a.m. until noon, Wednesdays at Kukui‘ula Culinary Market at The Shops at Kukui‘ula, and Saturdays at the farmers market at KCC from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.).
