D.J. Pabre topped the Westside win on 11 points followed by T.J. Apilado lending six points, and Joel Soriano and Jaime Mararagan each icing the win on four-point notes.
Following Lombardo, Noah Ho‘opi‘i added four points and Bryceson Abigania ended with three points in the first of three boys games played Saturday at the Kalaheo Neighborhood Center.
Rafael Roslin ad Noah Rall each pocketed six points and Dutch Fairbanks added five points to lead Hanakila to a 47-22 win over Team Central Black in the second of three matches played for students in grades 4 through 6.

Hunter Bethel scored a game-high 12 points to lead the Kaua‘i Ballers to a 47-22 win over Papalina-Blue in the final boys game Saturday. Micah Lalin and Brenton Garcia each pocketed nine points to help Bethel.

Taylor Cox and Leona Sime topped the Team Lihu‘e 2 effort with 10 and six points, respectively, with Resa Rapozo and Courtney Rosa adding pairs in the effort.
Keani Tolenea ended with a game-high 12 points to lead Hanakila to a 40-14 win over Team Lihu‘e 1 in the nightcap, with Joy Milbrand ending with 10 points and Jaliyah Casem adding six points.
Tiana Manera topped the Team Lihu‘e 1 effort with eight points followed by Samantha Coloma at four points and Seidree Kealoha-Albarado adding a pair.
The county’s Division II youth basketball enters its final week of play with the girls taking the floor Monday and the boys on the court today and Thursday.
The season wraps up Saturday with make-up games from the previously rained-out schedule.
Tonight, Westside Basketball takes on Hanakila in a 6 p.m. opener followed by Papalina-Orange hosting the Lihu‘e Kamikaze in the 7 p.m. nightcap at the Kalaheo Neighborhood Center.
Three games are on tap for Thursday when the Team Lihu‘e Bulls open against Hanakila starting at 6 p.m., followed by the Kaua‘i Ballers battling Papalina-Orange at 7 p.m. and Team Lihu‘e Heat wrapping up the night against Westside Basketball starting at 8 p.m. at the Kalaheo Neighborhood Center.
