She was born on June 24, 1916, in Kapa‘a.
She is survived by one son, David (Jean) Tamekazu; one hanai son, Wesley (Gail) Watanabe; three daughters, Nancy (Charles King) Pearson, Charlotte (Edward) Parker, and Janice (Herbert) Sakuda; one daughter-in-law, Pearl Tamekazu; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Services were private.
Arrangements are being handled by Garden Island Mortuary Ltd.
