The distinction honors those who have shown exceptional commitment to personal and professional success.
Allen brings 25 years of experience to her position, using communication and leadership skills to coach CEOs and general managers, lead courses on communications and sales, work with hotels’ middle to upper management, conduct linguistic space work and critical inquiries and analyze systems, the release states. She attributes her success to her integrity.
She has worked with Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Wilcox Memorial Hospital, and has taught at the University of Phoenix.
