Mid Pacific Institute, Iolani High School and Kamehameha Schools-Big Island will have baseball teams participating in the Waimea High School Pre-season Baseball Tournament on Feb. 9-11.
The public is invited to view the Neighbor Island teams battle with teams from host Waimea, Kaua‘i and Kapa‘a high schools at one of three sites where games will be played.
Kapa‘a opens against Mid Pacific at 3 p.m. Feb. 9 at Ron Martin Field in Kapa‘a.
At the same time, Kaua‘i will host Iolani at Vidinha Stadium.
Waimea will host Kam-Big Island in a double-header at noon and 3 p.m. at Hanapepe Stadium.
All three schools will play double-headers on Feb. 10 and Feb. 11, with Kapa‘a hosting Iolani at Ron Martin Field at noon and 3 p.m., Kaua‘i hosting Mid Pacific at Vidinha Stadium and Waimea hosting Iolani at Hanapepe Stadium.
The tournament wraps up Feb. 11 with double-headers at all three fields.

There is no admission charge for any of the games, and the public can get a preview of the upcoming Kaua‘i Interscholastic Federation baseball season.
