But that’s all part of the fun. It was nice to see Laurie Ho and Kelly Gooding (he said they were “right on time”), and Alan Yamamoto was talking about how long you need to soak the mochi rice.
James Yamamoto had his Rebel TS2i going full-time, working on material for the Yamamoto family website.
Over at the mall, Fred Zollinger was gallery sitting for the Kaua‘i Society of Artists, noting they have the reception for the Small Works this Friday at 5 p.m.
Fred creates the wooden boars and can tell you the lineage, No. 29 gracing the sign at the Kaua‘i Harley-Davidson and the one in the show being No. 177. He even knows who has the very first one, but let him tell you.
OK, so where was Kenny Ishii? Ed said he had to run off to Costco, but Angelo Cattigay was there (the PIHI Club had a Christmas run and is planning a New Year’s run, too).
