KILAUEA — Approaching the end of its first full year of operation, Kaua‘i Mini Golf invites the public to participate in its Holiday Food Drive, running from Oct. 15 to Nov. 15.
Located at 5-2723 Kuhio Highway in Kilauea, next door to Banana Joe’s, Kaua‘i Mini Golf will be collecting contributions of all non-perishable foods, which will be delivered directly to North Shore food pantries. Cash donations are also accepted with all proceeds going to the Kaua‘i Independent Food Bank, a news release states.
Anyone opting to play a round will receive $1 off the appropriate cost with their donation. Anyone not in a golfing mood is welcome to stop by and drop off their donations during business hours.
Kaua‘i Mini Golf is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. The facility remains open until 10 p.m. for all players who begin on the course before 9 p.m.
