The Purple Striped Honu Theatre for Kids are hosting auditions for a 30-minute play by Joy Jobson. The theater company will be performing the play through the months of November and December at various neighborhood centers and schools on Saturday afternoons. Parents and guardians are invited to meet administrators, student services personnel and their child’s teachers during this open house. Chili dinner will be available for $3 and Waimea staff suggests to bring a flashlight because of dark shadows.
