Certified Hawai‘i announces staff promotions
Certified Hawai‘i, an Associa company, has announced the recent promotions of Al Denys to senior VP of government affairs and Kanani Kealoha-Faleafine to VP of quality assurance.
“Both Al and Kanani possess great knowledge, skill and experiences unique to their positions that will greatly benefit the Certified family,” said Toni Floerke, CEO of Certified Hawai‘i, in a prepared statement. “They will help to increase Certified’s community management productivity and overall customer focus. Specifically, Al is the perfect choice to lead our new government affairs division with his extensive background as a U.S.-Army-trained political, military and economic advisor.”
Denys will work with the national Political Action Committee to form stronger and better relations with Hawai‘i state legislators, a press announcement said.
Kealoha-Faleafine will be responsible for the training and development programs for the account executives on all islands and the coordination of staff members on various corporate initiatives.
She has been working at Certified for nearly five years and recently held the title of director of training. She has worked diligently to revamp Certified’s education and training programs to improve the knowledge, service and skill of its account executives, a press announcement said.
Crouch named Harley-Davidson store manager
The Aloha Auto Group, owners of Kaua‘i Harley-Davidson in Puhi, has announced the hiring of JC Crouch as store manager.
Crouch is a 10-year resident of Kaua‘i, having previously worked for Garden Island Motorsports and Two Wheels in Kapa‘a in motorcycle sales and management.
“We are delighted to bring JC on board to oversee our sales, service, parts and rental operations for Kaua‘i Harley-Davidson,” stated Bill van den Hurk, president of Aloha Auto Group, in a press release. “He is well known and a respected figure in the local motorcycle community, who we feel will make a great addition to our team.”
Crouch will also oversee the recently launched pre-owned car and truck operation at the same location as part of his overall duties, as well as sales for both cars and motorcycles.
