The public is invited to share the fun and festivities of the first bon dance to be celebrated at Kaua‘i Veterans Memorial Hospital.
Brycen Hiraoka, chair of the bon dance and vice president of the KVMH Auxiliary, said the bon dance will be held on the hospital’s front lawn from 6 to 8 p.m., Aug. 12.
Parking is available at Waimea Canyon Middle School adjacent to the hospital. The auxiliary is planning on having food booths, live entertainment and bon dances which will start at 6:30 p.m.
