Briggs Agu had the game-high 25 points, but Westside Basketball dropped 55-27 to the Hanakila team, Saturday evening in the final Boys 12 and Under playoff game in the Kaua‘i Summer Youth Basketball league.
Triston Hawelu-Inanod and Lexton Camat led the team based out of Kilauea with 19 and 13 points, respectively.
Ian Khan came up with just 29 points and Micah Bermoy added 22 points as Go EZ topped the Bus Drivers, 84-66 in one of two Men 18 and Over matches played at the Kalaheo Neighborhood Center.
Brandon Palacio topped the Bus Drivers effort with 20 points followed by Ariel Lahip adding 11 points.
Tab Matsumoto ended with 28 points to lead the H1 and 1 to a 74-50 showing over Tropang-L in the Saturday nightcap.
Olin Claussen and Trent Thompson finished with 17 and 16 points, respectively in the win.
James Badua fired up 19 points and Allan Pablo added 16 points for the Tropang-L effort.
Westside Basketball takes on Team Lihu‘e X in the 6 p.m. tipoff at the Kilauea Neighborhood Center, where two Boys 12 and Under games are scheduled, Tuesday.
The Kaua‘i Ballers take on Hanakila in the 7 p.m. match.
Kaulupono-Blue takes on Team Lihu‘e in a 6 p.m. tipoff at the Kalaheo Neighborhood Center, where two Girls 12 and Under matches are scheduled, Tuesday. Hanakila goes up against the Kamikaze in the 7 p.m. matchup.
