I recently stopped by with my toddler, and all who know, know that when your child is hungry, he will tell you. So I needed a quick chai tea drink to give that extra boost and my son was super hungry. To my surprise, they had food I could accept as decent — not like the fast food we often eat in a pinch.
I got my son the Penne Pesto with tomatoes. It really tasted like homemade pesto, so of course my son loved it. For my own personal sweet tooth, I gave in to a slice of “Lemon Crunch Bar.” I was in heaven for that one sweet moment. Who knew I could get a cup of chai, a plate of pasta and a zesty desert all in one place?
