The 31st Annual Haena to Hanalei run will take place Saturday. It includes an 8-mile run/walk, a 5K run and a 1-mile youth run.
The event starts at 6 a.m. with gathering for shuttles at 4:30 a.m.
All racers are to meet at Hanalei Pier. The 8-mile run/walk will begin at Ke‘e Beach and end at the Hanalei Pier. Both the 5K and 1-mile runs will begin and end at the Hanalei Pier.
Awards and a pancake breakfast follow the event at the Hanalei Canoe Club, located at the end of Weke Road opposite the pier.
Cost to enter is $35 through today, with a $45 entry fee Saturday. The youth run is $10. Pancake breakfast is included in the fee.
Non-racers can join the pancake breakfast for $7.
