The association is asking for help with sponsorships as well as inviting people to participate in the tournament which will open registration at 5:30 a.m. and a shotgun start at 6:30 a.m.
Tournament play is individual medal play with Men’s maximum handicap at 30 and women’s maximum handicap at 36, as of May 1.
Entry fee is $90 per golfer and includes greens fee, cart, closest-to-the-pin on No. 7 and No. 17, and the awards luncheon at the Kaua‘i Veterans Center in Lihu‘e following the tournament.
Non-golfers are also invited to the luncheon at $10.
Lucky number prizes will be awarded during the awards and is open to all diners and golfers at $2 donation per ticket.
A grand prize of $500 and other prizes will be distributed and winners must be present to win.

The different levels of sponsorship include Purple Heart for $100, the Bronze Star for $200, the Silver Star for $300, the Distinguished Service Cross for $400 and the Medal of Honor for $500 or more.
Additionally, tee sponsorships are available and prize contributions are also welcomed.
Ebesu said there is a deadline of June 18 for both golf play registration and sponsorships.
