Armina Fallbeck
Armina “Mike” Fallbeck of Lihu‘e, Kaua‘i and formerly of Rapid City, S.D. passed away on May 22, 2011 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 90. Born in Philip, S.D. on Feb. 13, 1921, she was a substitute teacher and a housewife.
She was preceded in death by husband, Robert J. Fallbeck.
She is survived by sons, Robert Fallbeck of Fort Collins, Col.; J.D. (Linda) Fallbeck of Cheyenne, Wyo.; daughter, Patricia (Tom Timmons) Fallbeck of Koloa, Kaua‘i; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held Friday, May 27, 2011 at 7 a.m. at the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Kalaheo.
Arrangements are being handled by Borthwick Kaua‘i Mortuary.
Mitsue Tai See
Mitsue Tai See of Hilo, Hawai‘i died on Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at Hale Avenue Restorative Care Center at the age of 91. She was born in Koloa, Kaua‘i on Sept. 8, 1919; she was a retired seamstress from the Hawai‘i State Government.
She is survived by four sons, Roy (Mary) Tai See of Hilo, Hawai‘i; George (Anita) Tai See of Kaneohe, O‘ahu; Paul Tai See of Hilo, Hawai‘i and Gordon Tai See of Lihu‘e, Kaua‘i; two sisters, Miyoko Takushi of Torrance, Calif. and Tomiko Yahiku of Pearl City, O‘ahu; brother, Glenn (Vivian) Yabiku of Waikele, O‘ahu; sister-in-laws, Adele Jardine of Hilo, Hawai‘i and Tsuruko Tai See of Pearl City, O‘ahu; 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Private Services were held.
Arrangements were handled by Dodo Mortuary, Inc – Hilo.
