LIHU‘E — Any Kaua‘i student in grades 8 through 12 that is interested in playing college sports, Athletic Quest — a college sports recruiting system — will be having a free seminar at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13 in the Kaua‘i High School Gymnasium.
This is open to all athletes participating in 44 different sports and connected with 2,200 different colleges, states a release from the Parent Community Networking Center.
Athletic Quest, the leaders in sports recruiting, will be delivering information in a comprehensive, one-hour seminar that will cover everything necessary to play at the next level. Topics covered include: what college coaches look for; how to know when you’re really being recruited; how to market yourself to college coaches; how good academics increase recruiting; finding scholarships and financial funding; athletic and academic requirements.
Athletic Quest is endorsed by college coaches and athletic directors and helps athletes to find colleges and colleges to find athletes.
With any questions about this event, please call any one the Athletic Directors at your child’s high school.
