Kauai High School will have no classes, today.
Lala Road, leading to the school, has been blocked off by police roadblocks and students are to report to a cleared area at the Nawiliwili Park for pickup and excuse by their parents or guardians.
Teachers and other staff also reported to the safe area for further instructions.
Currently, the Kauai Police Department is working with William Arakaki, the Kauai Complex Area Superintendant, in conducting its investigation on the school campus.
Lala Road remains closed while this investigation continues, and will remain closed until further notice.
