Junnell Tolentino added six points to Apilado and Burton’s lead for the Westside Girls.
Kalia Shimabukuro topped the Kamikaze effort with six points, followed by Hinarava Tafiti adding three points and Macy Tamura finishing with a pair.
Following Cummings’ lead for the Kaua‘i Lady Ballers, Shai-Anne Abigania added eight points and Kunani Tuttle finished with a pair.
Ralston’s lead for Team Lihu‘e was bolstered by pairs from Mie Miller and Kaila Harris.
The girls next take the floor at the Kalaheo Neighborhood Center on Wednesday when Kaulupono tangles with the Kaua‘i Lady Ballers starting at 6 p.m., followed by Team Lihu‘e taking on the Kamikaze at 7 p.m.
The boys, coming off a round at the Kilauea Neighborhood Center, take the court at Kalaheo Neighborhood Center with three games, Thursday.
Team Central 2 takes on Hanakilia in the opener at 6 p.m., followed by Papalina-Blue matching up against the Westside Basketball starting at 7 p.m. Papalina-White tangles with the West Kaua‘i Hornets in the nightcap starting at 8 p.m.
