Wesley Aguinaldo
Wesley E. Aguinaldo, 52, died Jan. 27, 2011. He was born in Lihu‘e and was a longtime resident of Jacksonville.
He survived by his father Ernesto Aguinaldo, beloved wife Abbie, his sons, Jason and Josh, and daughter, Rachel.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Hunter Park Baptist Church, 4448 Emerson St., Jacksonville, FL 32207.
Richard Watanabe
Richard Nobuichi Watanabe of Kapa‘a died Feb. 1, 2011 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 79. He was born in Lanai City, Lanai on Jan. 18, 1932 and retired as an Industrial Arts teacher with Kapa‘a High School.
He is survived by his wife, Violet Watanabe; three children, Jan Watanabe of Hilo, Leah (Nathan) Aiwohi of Kapa‘a, Ken (Nikie) Watanabe of Hilo; 5 grandchildren; brother, Herbert S. Watanabe of Hilo; 4 nephews and numerous cousins.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011 at Lihu‘e Christian Church with visitation from 1 p.m. and services celebrated at 2 p.m.
Kaua‘i Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home assisted the Watanabe family with arrangements.
William Leleo
William “Bill” Henry Kaui Kahea Leleo of Anahola died at home Jan. 26, 2011, at age 66. Born in Honolulu on Feb. 4, 1944, he was a retired mortician and funeral director.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Leleo; sons, Billy (Lisa) Leleo, Kaui (Melissa) Leleo, Kekai (Kuuleimomi) Leleo, Sean Hoapili; daughters, Tracy (Glenn) Honda, Camille (Clayton) Futa, Inola Leleo, Rachel (Blaine) Hookala, Kanoe (Shannon) Leleo-Rodrigues, Tirza (Hunter) Vetter; mother, Helen Leleo; brothers, Charles (Julia) Cabe, Daniel (Jan) Leleo; sisters, Nani (Harry) Woo, Shirley Paahana; 31 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 5, at Kapa‘a Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses with visitation at 1 p.m. and services beginning at 2 p.m.

Mary Simao
Mary Perreira Simao died Jan. 28, 2011 in Arizona at the age of 88. She was born in Koloa, Kaua‘i on May 16, 1922 and was a dedicated homemaker.
She is survived by three sons, Paul (Narry) Simao, Anthony (Cathy) Simao, Steven (Joyce) Simao; sister, Helen Silva; 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held on Monday, February 7, 2011 at Holy Cross Church, with viewing from 9 a.m. and Mass celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Kaua‘i Memorial Gardens,

Juan Sagucio Jr.
Juan “Jr.” Rivera Sagucio Jr. of Kekaha died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital Jan. 25, 2011, at age 55. Born on Jan. 4, 1956, he worked for TSA at the Lihu‘e Airport.
He was preceded in death by parents Juan Acio and Marcelina Rivera Sagucio; father-in-law Jack Hashitate; sister-in-law Editha Sagucio Rivera.
He is survived by son Jack (Lynell) Sagucio; mother-in-law Filomena “Minang” Hashitate; brothers Bernardino (Gean) Sagucio, Elmer Rivera and Edgar (Veetha) Sagucio; sisters Rizalina (Leon) Nacapuy, Carlina Pacol; numerous nieces and nephews; ex-wife Gale Sagucio.
Services to be held on Saturday, Feb. 5, at Borthwick Kaua‘i Mortuary Chapel in Koloa. Visitation is at 9:30 a.m. with service at 10:30 a.m. and cremation to follow.
