Nate Herbig matched Aguinaldo’s performance with 11 points to lead the Papalina effort with Daniel Fee adding six points.
Briggs Agu, whose sister is a strong No. 3 for the Kaua‘i High School girls program, finished with a game-high 22 points to lead Westside Basketball to a 57-51 edge over the Flyin’ Hawaiians, coached by former Kapa‘a High School basketball standout Kekoa Colipano.
Jamin Fernandez finished with 13 points and Theron Shigematsu added nine points to Agu’s lead in the win.
Michael Booth topped the Hawaiians’ effort with 16 points followed by Bryden Salvador adding 10 points and Jonah Howard finishing with seven marks.
Kaua‘i Ballers got 13 points from Justin Poskin in its 54-25 win over the West Kaua‘i Hornets in the final boys game of the day.

Kicah Acoba topped the Hornets’ scoring with seven points followed by King Blanes with six and Keoni Gaoiran with five points in the effort.
Alyssa Miyamoto topped the Westside Basketball Girls with 16 points and Tiana Apilado added five points in its 36-22 win over the Kaua‘i Ballers.
Shai-Anne Abigania and Ariel Cummings led the Kaua‘i Ballers’ effort with eight and six points, respectively.
Low post Riana Ralston finished with a game-high 12 points and Laura Koga added seven marks in Lihu‘e’s 27-16 win over the Kaulupono girls.
Bree Ann Cayaban and Schae-Marie Tavita topped the Kaulupono balanced scoring effort with five points apiece followed by Melia Okura adding four points.
The county’s 13 and Under girls next play Wednesday at the Kalaheo Neighborhood Center when Team Lihu‘e tips off against the Kaua‘i Ballers at 6 p.m. Westside Basketball Girls go up against the Kamikaze starting at 7 p.m.
The Boys 13 Under league continues Thursday at the Kalaheo Neighborhood Center with three games starting with the West Kaua‘i Hornets taking on the Flyin’ Hawaiians at 6 p.m. followed by Westside Basketball going up against Hanakila at 7 p.m. Team Central 2 wraps up the night against Papalina-Blue starting at 8 p.m.
