Peek-a-boo at the roundabout
Drivers attempting to enter the roundabout at the bottom of Olohena Road in Kapa‘a have an added hurdle: overgrown weeds blocking their view. The weeds are not the only safety concern. The crosswalk should have been placed one-car length back,
