Improvements to the park include fencing around the park’s perimeter, installation of an underground irrigation system and the planting of new turf grass.
Pedestrian access to the park is through a gate at the end of Hunakai Street in the Ulu Ko subdivision.
The Ulu Ko Park improvements were made by Grove Farm as a condition of Zoning Ordinance PM 2008-387, which was signed into law in February 2008.
