LIHU‘E — Green waste is not being accepted at the Hanalei and Kapa‘a transfer stations until further notice due to safety concerns caused by very-muddy conditions in the drop-off areas, a county press release states. In the meantime, residents may

In the meantime, residents may drop off their green waste at the Lihu‘e or Hanapepe transfer stations or the Kekaha Landfill.

The green waste drop-off service at the Hanalei and Kapa‘a transfer stations will resume when conditions at the sites improve.
