Marie T. “Leng” Hiranaka of Lihu‘e died Nov. 15, 2010 in Honolulu at the age of 65. Born Sept. 13, 1945, she was the office manager of Lihu‘e Mini Storage.
She was preceded in death by parents Venancio Tabura Sr. and Solidad Alalem, and sister Yolanda Cabinatan.
She is survived by husband Tomoo Hiranaka; son Cline (Renee) Hiranaka; daughter Treena (Season) Servantes Jr.; brothers Venancio “Boy” Tabura Jr., Kevin (Aimee) Tabura; sisters Lourdes (Norman) Agoot-Carlos, Sally (Jeffrey) Wright-Callejo, Katherine (Larry) Akau, Melanie (Mike) Marshall, Tanya (Eric) Bordenkircher; hanai brother Clifford (Danette) Lee; grandchildren Tiffany Hiranaka, Brycen Hiranaka, Raine Servantes, Rilee Servantes, Tayler Hiranaka and great-grandchild Brennan Hiranaka.
A celebration of life will be held at Immaculate Conception Church on Nov. 29, 2010, with visitation at 8 a.m., eulogy at 9:45 a.m. and service at 10 a.m.
Borthwick Mortuary Honolulu is assisting the family with arrangements.
