LIHU‘E — The Kaua‘i Interscholastic Federation announced the All-Stars for the 2010 air riflery season, Friday.
Both the boys and girls teams were dominated by the KIF champion Waimea Menehune.
On the boys side, Waimea seniors Amlan Fujimura and Bryle Rivera were honored, along with junior John Medeiros.
Kaua‘i junior Travis Navarro and Island School senior Justin Riley Louis rounded out the five boys All-Stars.
The Lady Menehune accounted for four of the five honorees, with seniors Amber Leah Duldulao and Kendra Ishida, junior Rachel Umetsu and sophomore Nikki Acoba all singled out.
Kaua‘i senior Brianne Hornos completed the girls All-Star squad.
The air riflery announcement completes the All-Stars for fall sports.
Winter sports begin in the coming weeks as boys and girls basketball, boys and girls soccer, paddling and swimming.
Girls hoops will be the first to get underway on Dec. 7.
