John Weichhart
John Marsh Weichhart of Wailua Homesteads died on Nov. 14, 2010, at age 87. He was born in California on Sept. 20, 1923.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Weichhart; children, Wendy, Mardy, Rexford, John Jr.; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Private services were held.
Kaua‘i Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home assisted the Weichhart family with arrangements.
Benjamin Castillon Sr.
Benjamin Estelito Castillon Sr. of Kalaoa, Hawai‘i, died Nov. 8, 2010, at his residence. Born on Dec. 22, 1936, he was a retired mason.
He is survived by wife Michelle Castillon of Kalaoa; daughters Marie (Robter Evans) Nahalea, Donna (Michael) Domingo, Ester (Wayne) Yap, Lolly Ann (Hal) Silva and Valeria Ventura-Heckman, all of Maui, Roberta (David) Jenkins of West Des Moines, Iowa, Marissa and Lilia Castillon of Kalaoa; sons Benjamin (Kimberly) Castillon Jr. of Maui, Johansen (Aulia) Ventura of Kaua‘i, marcus Castillon, Marshall Castillon and Benjamin Castillon all of Kalaoa; sisters Flora (John) Ilaban of Kailua, Kona, Helen Castillon of Kalihi, Alice Quimpo of Olomana; brother Keoni Castillon of Hilo; 20 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
A gathering of friends and family will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 27, at the Kona Old Airport Beach Pavilion #2.

Marian Racoma
Marian Mapuana Kalaaukahi Racoma, 53, of Kalaoa, Kona, died Nov. 4, 2010, at The Queens Medical Center. Born on Nov. 26, 1956, in O‘ahu, she was a former employee of Helemai Laundry Mat.
She is survived by husband William G. Racoma Sr.; sons Brandy (Penny), William “Bruddah” (Chassidy), Makani (Erica); sister LaVerne (Jim) Potemra; brothers George Kalaaukahi, James Itamura; six grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial service Saturday, Nov. 20, at United Gospel Fellowship in Mililani. Visitation is 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Casual attire, no flowers.
A celebration of life memorial service will be Nov. 27 at OTEC in Kona. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Casual attire; no flowers.

Solomon Ibaniez
Solomon Ibaniez of Koloa died on Nov. 8, 2010, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital. Born on Sept. 8, 1935, he was a irrigator for McBryde Sugar.
He was preceded in death by parents Pedro and Isabella Ibaniez.
He is survived by brothers Absalon “Bobo” Ibaniez, Peter Ibaniez; sisters Hazel Bukoski, Gloria Balbin, Agar Parraga, Helen Benedicto; one niece and numerous nephews.
A memorial service to be held on Saturday, Nov. 20, at St. Raphael’s Catholic Church, Koloa. Visitation at 9 a.m.; mass to be celebrated at 10 a.m.
Family request casual attire.
