The University of Hawai‘i Athletics Department has launched a “Pack It vs. The Pack” promotional campaign for the Warriors’ football game against the No. 19 Nevada Wolf Pack on Saturday at 5:30 p.m.
UH hopes to fill Aloha Stadium with enthusiastic Warrior fans as it meets the undefeated Wolf Pack in a key Western Athletic Conference showdown for a battle for first place.
Oceanic Time Warner Cable is the game sponsor for this “Military Night” contest, which will feature special presentations to military members during pre-game and halftime ceremonies.
Military personnel (active, reservists, and retired) and paid members of the UH Alumni Association will receive 50% off select adult end zone tickets.
UH Manoa students will receive free admission by showing their valid UH identification card at gates 1, 7, or 8 and there will be free bus transportation for UH students to and from the game.
“Thunder Sticks” will be distributed in the student section.
The first 2,000 fans to enter the stadium will receive seat cushions, compliments of Farmers Insurance Hawai‘i.
