The CFM exam measures a person’s knowledge of the community’s responsibilities under the National Flood Insurance Program and related floodplain-management topics.
The exam will be given at the Lihu‘e Civic Center Pi‘ikoi Building conference room starting at 1 p.m., and requires approximately two to three hours to complete.

The CFM program is directed towards individuals who have routine floodplain-management duties, including: community, state, and federal officials; the private sector; academia; interest groups; and private citizens.
