OK, with all the election madness, did we send kudos to Misty Tsukayama and her crew at ‘Ele‘ele School on doing such a great job with career day, Friday?
Donna Fuji (she’s working on a new cookbook, but not for this year) said the ‘Ele‘ele School craft fair is coming up Oct. 23 for those who are planners. This is a great one for early holiday buying!
Speaking of craft fairs, Lorna Santos (she was enjoying the Deedee Morikawa primary win) said the Oct. 3 Lawa‘i Cannery garage sale will benefit the Boys & Girls Club since the Spontaneous Club (that is one of the coolest groups around) can’t make it this time.
Coach Kevin Devitt was enjoying the Kaua‘i Soccer Association games, Sunday, and coach Lynn Minei said it’s good to have sons since she was coaching two Blazing Angels group at the same time on different fields. Good thing they were next to each other.
Beth Tokioka (Emma is a GIFC player) was at the soccer fields and was relishing the heavy use of the Vidinha Stadium complex with the soccer games going on and the Pop Warner games inside the stadium.
OK, time to get ready for the Kaua‘i Chamber of Commerce meeting.
