• The Aug. 13 story “Council members lock horns over policies” should state that Councilman Tim Bynum disclosed he had a meeting with the chair and that Bynum said staff members do not decide which bills go on the agenda as they’re not elected officials.
• The Aug. 12 story “Council loosens Kukui‘ula project lease conditions” should state that Councilman Jay Furfaro said the developers had fulfilled the affordable housing request back in the 1990s, and the council’s request to build 75 workforce housing units was in addition to the previous request.
