LIHU‘E — Rory Clay Stuhff, Jesse Carter Lay and Clifton Leon Cabinatan all return to this week’s Most Wanted list, provided by the Kaua‘i Police Department.
Stuhff, 32, is white, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has brown hair, brown eyes, a goatee and a last known address in Kapa‘a. He is wanted on a bench warrant for criminal contempt of court, and his bail is $5,000.
Lay, 38, is white, 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 210 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes and a last known address in Kilauea. He is wanted on one grand jury bench warrant for negligent injury, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant and inattention to driving. His bail is $3,000.
Cabinatan, 22, is Filipino, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes and a last known address in Hanama‘ulu. He is wanted on two bench warrants for criminal contempt of court, and his total bail is $2,000.
New to the list this week is Rosalia Sasha Lee, 28, who is white, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds, has green eyes and brown hair and a last known address in Princeville. She is wanted on one bench warrant for criminal contempt of court, and her bail is $3,000.
Also a first-timer on the list is Julio Cesar Salgado Garcia, 22. He is Hispanic, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair and a last known address in Lihu‘e. He is wanted on a grand jury warrant for second-degree theft, theft and forgery of a credit card and fraudulent use of a credit card. His bail is $3,000.
