LIHU‘E — Shawn Kimo Parraga, 30, a Filipino with a last known address in Kekaha, is wanted by Kaua‘i Police Department officers on a grand jury warrant involving several crimes.
He is wanted for first-degree terroristic threatening, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant, inattention to driving and driving without no-fault car insurance, and his total bail is $10,000.
Parraga is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes and a medium mustache.
Shane Carmen Fann is still wanted. He is white, 28, stands 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds and was last thought to be homeless in the Kapa‘a area. He has brown eyes and black hair, and may be unshaven. He may also be known as Brandon Randall.
He is wanted on two grand jury warrants and one bench warrant, for first-degree escape, second-degree criminal property damage, third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft and forgery of a credit card, unauthorized possession of personal confidential information and criminal contempt of court. His total bail is $6,100.
William Edward Mayo, 24, is white, 6 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 175 pounds, has blue eyes and brown hair and a last known address in Kapa‘a, and is wanted on two bench warrants for criminal contempt of court. His total bail is $3,300.
Joshua N.K. Wongpedronan, 27, is Chinese, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes and a last known address in Hanama‘ulu.
He may also be known as Joshua Wong or Joshua Nicholas, is wanted on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court, and his bail is $1,800.
Keone Chas Matsushima, 27, is Native Hawaiian, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds and has black eyes and black hair and a last known address in Lihu‘e. He is wanted on a bench warrant for criminal contempt of court and his bail is $1,000.
