The Kekaha Pop Warner Association will be hosting teen dances on July 24 and July 31 from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Waimea Boys and Girls Clubhouse.
The events, featuring music, concession stand and friendly dance battles, will be drug- and alcohol-free events that promote safe, fun, and healthy entertainment for our island youth and supports a great organization at the same time, said Brenda Jose in an e-mail.
Hot dogs, soda, water, chips and saimin will be available for purchase during the dances.
Excel Dance Studio will offer exhibition performances.
Admission is $5 for youth ages 11-17. Identification will be required.
