The Kaua‘i Developers’ Council annual general meeting will include a panel of experts as part of the event. Presented in partnership with the Kaua‘i Board of Realtors, Land Use Research Foundation of Hawaii and First Hawaiian Bank, the panel will include 4 presenters.
The panelists are: Dave Arakawa of LURF, Kelly Liberatore of Makai Realty/2010 President of Kaua‘i Board of Realtors, Leland Kahawai, First Hawaiian Bank, and Mike Kido of Pacific Resource Partnership.
The panel will present updates on the mandated Important Agriculture Lands, EIS/SEIS legislation, trends in construction across the state, financing/lending updates and a legislative update from the National Board of Realtors Association 2010 Real Estate Summit held in Washington D.C.
